Privacy Policy for [App name]
Effective date: 26 October 2026
This policy explains what information [App name] (the "app") collects, why, and what choices you have. The app is published on Google Play by [Developer name] ("we", "us"), based in [country]. If you have a question about this policy, contact us at [contact email].
Summary
- The app does not ask you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or contacts.
- Your game progress and settings are saved on your device.
- The app shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob collects device information to show and measure ads, as described below.
- We do not sell your personal information for money. Some US state laws may treat the ad data Google receives for personalised ads as a "sale" or "sharing"; you can opt out as described under Your rights.
Information stored on your device
The app saves your progress, settings and similar game data locally on your device so the game can continue where you left off. This data stays on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app uses Google AdMob, provided by Google, to show ads. When an ad is requested, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares with Google:
- your IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of your device;
- device and account identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID of your device, and the app set ID;
- interactions with the app and ads, such as app launches, taps and video views;
- diagnostic information, such as crash logs and performance data.
Google uses this information to deliver ads, to measure them, for analytics and to prevent fraud. The data is encrypted in transit. You can read how Google uses information from apps that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Where the law requires your consent, for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app asks for it with a consent message from Google (the User Messaging Platform) before personalised ads are shown. If you do not consent, Google may still show limited ads, which do not use your advertising ID or other device storage for advertising, and use limited data such as general location for fraud prevention and frequency capping. Where the app offers a privacy settings option, you can change your choice there at any time.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
- Personalised advertising: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Storing or reading information on your device for ads: your consent, where the law requires it (for example the EU ePrivacy rules); you can withdraw it at any time.
- Non-personalised and limited ads, fraud prevention and security: our legitimate interest in funding a free app and keeping it safe.
- Saving progress on your device: needed to provide the game you asked for.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
How long data is kept
We do not run our own servers for the app. Information collected by Google for ads is kept by Google under its own policy. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer them.
International transfers
Google may process information in the United States and other countries outside your own. Where the GDPR applies, these transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses used by these providers.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EEA and UK, or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. To make a request, email [contact email]. Because we do not hold an account for you, data on your device can be deleted by uninstalling the app, and advertising data can be reset in your device settings as described above.
To opt out of personalised ads (including any "sale" or "sharing" under US state laws), turn off ad personalisation or delete your advertising ID in your device settings, or email us.
Security
The services the app uses send data over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we choose services that protect data with industry-standard measures.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.

Google Play needs a privacy policy URL that works in any browser. We can host this one for free on hyper-code-store.com, or you can put the HTML file on your own website. Limits: up to 10 new policies a day and 20 in total per account. You can delete one at any time.
